Marianne Boufounos, ÉA, B.Comm graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance and a minoring in Management from Concordia University in 2011. Thereafter, Mrs. Boufounos continued her studies at UQÀM to attain a Certificate in Real Estate. Concurrently, her career had already begun at ABMS Chartered Appraisers as a technician in residential appraisals. Once her studies were completed, she began her internship with ABMS Chartered Appraisers focusing on commercial appraisals.

In 2013, Mrs. Boufounos received her title as Évaluateur Agréé (ÉA) by L’Ordre des Évaluateurs Agréés du Québec. Since then, she has continued to work with ABMS Chartered Appraisers focusing on appraisal assignments ranging from large multi-residential properties, commercial properties and vacant land in the Greater Montreal Area. In addition, Mrs. Boufounos is also responsible for review appraisals, appraisal of multi-residential properties (apartment buildings, condominium projects, etc.) and various types of commercial properties.
