Our team of accredited real estate appraisers has extensive experience in all types of property valuation, new project analysis, cost consulting, municipal assessment reviews, expert witness, and forensic appraisal. Our senior appraisers hold the AACI and CRA professional designations granted by Appraisal Institute of Canada and / or ÉA professional designations granted by L’Ordre des Évaluateurs Agréés du Québec.
Our History
From its early beginnings in 1992, the firm known as Bédard & Associates – founded by Paul Bédard – evolved into BDB Chartered Appraisers in 1994 with the addition of partners George Boufounos, Giuseppe (Joe) Bruno, and Luc Delorme. As of May 1st 2008, BDB Chartered Appraisers ceased to exist and George Boufounos, ÉA, AACI with his dedicated team of professionals started to operate under the name ABMS Chartered Appraisers.
